I have applied for the Car Loan from HDFC Bank, and was shcoked to know that I am a defaulter under CIBIL.


And the details provided under CIBIL are absolutely rubbish.


as per them


I have taken 3 lOans in year 2007 by credit card.


This is immpossible as I am a gradute passed out in year 2008.


and my first Credit card(from HDFC) was in year 2010, and second card(From SBI) in year 2011.


Even my PAN Card is of year 2008.


and In my family no one has ever used a credit card.


So I want to know from the CIBIL Society how come my name be there in CIBIL defaulter list.


Please let me now how should I remove my name from CIBIL, and how can I sue them.
as this is completely unlaw ful putting any body's name in defaulter list without verifying and validating.
