I went to update my passbook on 2nd may 2012 timing 1 P.M. to the
branch.The employe who was sitting to update the passbook refused to
update the passbook.He told me I will not update any other branch
passbook except this branch passbook.Then I went to the chief manager
and told my problem.the chief manager told me rudely that"We will only
update the passbook if you will change the branch to our branch.Then
again i request to the employee who was updating the passbook.Then the
employee through the passbook and told get out I will not update the
passbook.When I request again and again,The employee scold me in hindi
"besaram"saram nahi ata Ihan aa jata hae passbook entry karna.I have
given a sign mark on this passbook.He scold me in hindi "Tu besaram
dubara mat ana"


Chief Manager Also support to this banker.Kindly take proper action on
this matter for improvement of the services of State Bank of India.

for the complain reason I request to the chief manager to give in
written that he will not update the passbook of outside branch.He
refused me to give any things in written and told me.I am a Chief
Manager No one can do any thing to me.Go and do the complain.
