This is the mail i send to ibps:
"I have applied for Common Written Examination(CWE) for recruitment of POs/MTs in 19 PSBs- CWE PO/MT-II on 26-3-12, I have completed filling form and filled transaction details of credit card(visa). The amount of 459.94 was deducted from my credit card ending with 8319 at around 2012-03-26:23:46:54,but I did not get any registration ID and password.Please make sure that amount is refunded back in my account as soon as possible and waiting for a reply from your side."
The reply send by IBPS is:
"Dear Candidate,

Your Payment status is not Successful.
Kindly register again, the last transaction amount will refund to your account.Use internet explorer and Please ensure all the cookies are deleted before doing the process and pop blocker is turned off and don't open more than one application at a time.

But Till now the amount was not refunded and it was almost one month now

Can anyone explain how to get back my amount
