Hello,

I am working with MNC at Bangalore. In the month of August, i paid one Agency for providing Gas connection. I had given them a Cheque of Axis Bank. The amount is Rs.8000/-. The amount is debited against the same cheque on the next day from my a/c. But the bearer did not received the amount of Rs.8000/- till date.

I had enquired the Axis Bank , they say that the payment is done. I had asked them to provide me the method of payment done by Bank on this cheque.

Agency says they did not receive the amount , so they will not provide me the Gas connection. He is ready to show his a/c for any verification for not crediting of above money.

I am in deep trouble . Please let me know what to do now.
