Dear sir/madam,

I Leena Rajgor having saving account in Dena Bank at maninager (e) Ahmedabad branch, in which the branch debit the Rs. 850/- of stop payment charge before the account close.
I give the request regarding the account close due to non-operative account. But the branch refuses the application because i not bring the chq. Book along with me. For the closure they want the reason for not bring the chq. Book, so i given the reason for that, due to my sifting the home the chq. Book misplace so please close the account. Before the given the application I ask him that any charge for closure but manager reply that there is no any charge for the closure of the account you only put the remark that you misplace the chq. Book only so that we give the request for that, but they charge the Rs. 850/- and service charge before the close the account. Prior that the bank also put the inoperative account charge of rs. 25/- also for not operate the account so many times.





Dena bank put the 1500/- approx. Charge in my account till the date.
