I am Ezhilarasi working as a software professional. I have a demat account in ICICI bank. when i checked my bank transactions i found that there is one debit transaction '49203149 DP CHGS TILL DEC-11 ---- INR 496.35'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the DP charges And i did not get any message alert also in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is 021201517792. This is a completely not acceptable and i want my money back.
