Hello,

My wife had a HSBC credit card, which she used only once in life and I myself went to the bank to pay the bill. After 3 yrs of that incident I got a call from HSBC that she hasn't payed the bill and thus I have to pay the net settlement amount of around 7000 Rs. Because of the same my CIBIL report has also a low score. I am planning to take a home loan. Pls suggest how can this be handled.
