Unresponsive Standard Chartered Bank customer care

I had applied for their breeze banking credit card through their website. Their executive Vishal came over and collected the documents from me on 25th November. However, post that it been a slew of verification calls and an SMS saying your card application is under process and will receive it in 7-10 days…
I never got the card and on enquiring about the card, there was no human available on customer care number…even after 20 minutes on IVR..there is simply no option for connecting with a human. I think they believe the customer does not deserve to speak to their so called useless customer service. Therefore I dropped an email and lo and behold, I never got a reply till date on the issue. Even escalations don’t work. The nodal officer number does not connect and is always busy..
In between, I got 2 calss from somewhere where they enquired about the card delivery only and nothing else…but as soon as I said no they used to disconnect the call.
Its been 3 months now and I have lost hope..I would recommend people to stay away from Standard Chartered bank….there is no response mechanism and who knows your card goes in wrong hands and they start harrasing you...
