This is a complaint regarding the wrongful practice of ICICI Bank Home Loan. The concerned Bank inadvertantly on its own made a disbursal cheque after processing the Home Loan( A/c No. LBCAL00001839466) but prior to registration of the subject property for Rs. 1,94,00,000.00. The disbursal of the loan was done only after registration in mid February whereas the EMI was forcefully started from January itself. Even after our objections the staff recklessly kept explaining that the same made no difference. In course of our audits, our Chartered Accountant raised objection saying that there was an extra burden on the company and would make substantial difference. According to him payments made prior to disbursement should be considered as prepayment and interest should be adjusted accordingly. We seek your help and guidance to help us secure our dues from ICICI Bank ( Home Loan department). We have written several letters to the bank but they have not done the needful.
