    Default complaint against ICICI bank customer

    I am Vandana Bounthiyal, I am an ICICI credit card holder. This is to report that I am
    receiving calls from the local DSA ICICI call center in New Delhi where my number
    has been distributed and the bank's irresponsible customer care executive is
    calling me everyday many times for my credit card payment. I have
    clearly said a No to this as i dont use any icici credit card even i dont have any credit card of any bank, but to no avail. He calls start at early in the morning and go on till evening.

    There is one person calls me whose name is Avinash (+917838386137). i told him very clearly that i dont used any such card then i convinced to take up this with the bank about the reality of the credit card but he dont understand and continuously calling me like anything, he is very rude and threats and even give calles many times to my office number and missbehave with the operators as well. sometimes he calls me from different numbers as well.

    he is chasing me for the payment those are made in the year 2006-07, 5 to 6 years early. but i came to know about the issue now why? and now they dont give me time to resolve the issue with the bank.
