I had taken an HDFC Life HDFC SL Crest, policy no.: 14526625 with premium of Rs.50,000.00, in August 2011 with the recommendation of one of my friend who is working with HDFC Bank, I received the policy documents on 10 August 2011, and after reading the policy terms and conditions I did not like the Policy at all as there are better policies available in the market from Other Policy companies,and meanwhile they
have debited money by force from my credit card and giving me the assroances that by easy EMI you will be made the payment in Credit Card but till date no proper solution or reply has been given after writing several Email.

Hence, I requested the HDFC Life branch to cancel my policy and refund my money and also to my policy advisor in HDFC Bank in Jankipuram Branch for cancellation and refund to Mr.Rahul (S.A),Mr.Amanpreet Singh and Mr.Anil Tiwari with written complain.I am really fadeup with HDFC Life and also HDFC Bank service because after selling the policy on one bother for customer and their poor services providing to customer.So,I request kindly allowed to cancel the Policy and Branch should accepted my request in written with promised time to me and refund to me within 15 days. After 15 days if I do not received my money or any communication from HDFCL Life or Bank regarding my policy cancellation,Then no option left for me move for legel action.Till date My policy advisor could not get any reliefs to me. I tried HDFC Lifecustomer care and HDFC Bank so many time and narrated my whole problem, but result is still zero.

I tried to contact the HDFC Life by e-mail on their e-mail id: service@hdfclife.com.and till date no refund of my money I have already express
My troublesome situation and sheer frustration.

I also called my policy advisor and asked him, If he can do something as felt, I’am being cheated by HDFC Life. I fear that, on asking the refund on cancelled policy, HDFC Life has given me tough time than on maturity of policy, how they would pay me my complete policy amount.

I would advise everybody here to be cautious before buying any product of HDFC Life.
