QABChgs debited from my account of ICICI Bank

I am an account holder of ICICI Bank, due to ICICI repeatedly debiting my account without any information. They have started
charging
Rs.1291 under this category (QABChgs) last year. Though i keep asking Customer care to wave off the fine, nothing happens. Today i found out I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never
informed
me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct
the money
without informing us? Because we kept the money in Bank that does not give right to this Bank that they can
do anything
whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my
money to
be credited in my a/c which they have deducted twice from my a/c.

Dear Concern,

Myself, Ashok Kumar Satuluri, account no. 131301501151 in the ICICI Bank, Ongole Branch. I am having a savings account with a minimum balance [COLOR=#009900 !important]required[/COLOR] to maintain average balance of 10000 per month. But ICICI bank had [COLOR=#009900 !important]deducted[/COLOR] 1,158 Rs as a QAB charges. Please let me know why the hell ICICI bank had deducted this amount.

Please help me to solve this issue.
