My axis bank account has been debited rs 1052 for a transaction which is not done by me. In my account it is being shown that the amount has gone to some entity named "DUSKSTONE". I am very much sure that i have not made that transaction. I went to the branch and said the whole thing but they said as it is shown that the money has gone to that entity(DUSKTONE) they cant help it. Bank is saying that someone has made the transaction so they are not responsible for it. But it was not me!!!!! So where can i go to retrieve the money??? where is the gurantee that same case will not happen again???? please help .....my contact no is- 8670010561.
