I have initiated remittance request using ICICI Bank's money2India.com's Power Transfer on January 10th. I completed the wire transfer as per their instruction on the same day from my US Bank. ICICI Bank promises to remit the money within 48-72 hours; now it is after end of third business day and the status on Money2India's web site is not changed; and money is NOT transferred to my account in India.
The customer support is pathetic when I called their number 866 4242448. They do not have a clue of what they are talking about and if you insist to talk to their supervisor, they either cut the call or put you on hold for 10 minutes or longer. Absolutely useless customer support. There are no replies to emails sent to nri@icicbank.com with the screen shots of wire processing.
ICICI bank is pathetic and do not use their services if you need money for an emergency situtation. Now I am not sure how many sleepless nights I need to spend fighting their useless customer service to get my money into my bank account in India.

What a pathetic service standard ICICI. 7 working days to reply?
I am also facing similar issue and I agree with Suyam. ICICI customer care department for M2N is pathetic. And nowadays it has become a routine to delay any M2N transaction for no particular reason (I mean real reason and not pathetic ICICI reason).
Way to go ICICI. So much for calling themselves India's best bank and all.
