I had taken a loan from HSBC Bank DELHI and the same had gone Bad after which I negotiated a settlement with the Bank and paid the settled amount to the Bank and received a receipt for the same now after more than three years Representatives of the Bank have been calling and harassing me stating that the amount was not paid in the period mentioned in the settlement letter which is not true. I have offered them to give the receipt no and details of the same but still they have been continuously harrasing me I would require your assistance to stop this harrasment
