I got a call from citibank representative for getting citibank credit card ,i got this call repeatably , i told them that the credit they are offering for that my salary is not enough they assured me that my salary is fine for that , so i proceed further . , i got ready to take the card , next day a citibank agent came to collect document from me i gave him all the document accept my photograph as i didn't have it at that time , he told me that he will give me his email id i can send my photo graph there . They never gave me any email id so that i can send them my photograph , nor they turned up personally to take it , and without my photograph they sent my document to citibank headquarter and later they sent me that my application has been rejected , I am sending the email i received from citibank
