Dear Sir/ Madam,
It is very painful to submit that Jammu and Kashmir Bank in general and its Naidkhai Sumbal Bandipora Kashmir branch in particular do violate most of the guidelines of RBI. In every respect customers are being harassed, hassled and vexed at the branch. Common and illiterates persons are denied opening new accounts. Time consumption and ill treatment has been routinized at the branch. The matter was brought many times in the notice of the authorities but they are very responsible.
