Hi, I recieved a call from HDFC rep named Ramya and she explained the benifits for HDFC Chip Card. 1. Discount on Gold Purchase from Jos Alukkas, 2. 5Lac Credit Limit, Movie Offers and Bonus points. When I told her these information is not availbe in the website, she told this is an offer and will get the information with the documents which will be recieved by Post. So I agreed and after receiving the Card Documents the product information explained was false and there is no discount on Jos Alukkas Gold purchase, the credit limit mentioned was 70K ..this was a suprise from a reputed Bank. I have called the Customer care and lauched complaint in Online Forum avaliable also asked to cancel the card, even after one week I have not received any calls or information on the complaint raised. To add the same issue happened with with my friend by the same rep and his credit limit is 40K.

What should be my next step.
