Hi this is with regard to my SBI platinum credit card.
I had applied for the card in february 2011. After the alloted delivery time of 7 days the card did not reach me. I called them again aftr 10 days asking for my card and they said it will be delivered shortly. This thing went on for 2 mnths and i finally got my card. Due to some reasons i did not use the card for 1 month.Next time afte a month when i wanted to use the card it said it was blocked, on calling the customer care number they told me that my there was a complaint from me saying that ive lost the card and so they stopped it. I HAD NOT EVEN TAKEN THE CARD OUT THE ENVELOPE NOR HAD I ASKED THEM TO STOP MY CARD, but there was no point arguing with them. I again asked them to resend my card which they said will deliver within 10 days, this thing happened in May 2011.
After 15 days i called them for my card which they said they had some problem and wl deliver asap and i will get the card in next 10 days.
Again the same thing i did not get my card. I again called up and received the same answer. Each time they also send me a card dispatch message on my mobile number. Even this time the card did not reach me, and the only answer they had was THEY HAD SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM WHICH THEY CANNOT TELL ME.

Its january 2012 now and surprisingly enough the card has still not reached me. Ive called them many time and the only thing they say is apologise from our side and you will receive the card shortly. Funnily i even threatened them that i will go to the consumer court and the guy on the phone says YOU CAN DO THAT SIR BUT WE CANNOT HELP YOU. I also said connect me to your senior and he says all are busy i should call them again later. This entire drama has been continuing for almost 8 months now.
I am mentally frustrated now and want to sue them badly.
