Respected sir,

I was having salary account with citibank of my prevoius job ,Now it is changed to suvidha individual account,they charge me Rs.250 ,if the minimum balance is less than Rs.25000. without giving any alert message. Otherwise for every transaction they give alert message on mobile but after deducting (Rs250 +educaton chess charge) no alert message came in mobile.This is cheating by citibank

This is american bank and if this bank is imposing this type of rule in India so I think we all should take active participation to throw this bank back to America ......If this bank is not for comman man who cannot afford minimum balance of Rs.25000 every month so , it also do not have rights to do bussinesss in India ("GO back CITIBANK")
Please take action against this bank and the same I reporting to A New channel also.
I am not only one customer there are so many who faced the same situation.
