Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Arun Kumar, a resident of Chennai and a regular customer of Sbi Gold Card. About 6 months ago, I received a call from you privelage circle program and they convinced me to accept their holiday offer. As soon as I did they debited Rs. 6067/- from my account and I was told that I would get a package within 15 days. The package did not include the items that it was supposed to contain. The watch which they mentioned worth Rs. 4500/- is barely Rs 500/-. When I call up the travels they lay down a lot of restrictions in such a way that it is convenient to support their profit. Moreover, at the time of call they mentioned that it would be a one time payment and that I need not pay more. Now for booking the ticket I have to pay an extra Rs. 1800 for taxes. I find this extremely unfair and have lost trust in SBI. I would like to see to that this is taken seriously and on surfing online, I find that hundreds have registered complaints against this program in the consumer court. This is a classic example of a fraudulent act.
