    Default ATM showed transition done but didnot receive cash

    NAME: KRISHNENDU BOSE
    ACCOUNT NO: 18120100009118 (UCO BANK)
    TRANSITION NO: 2655 (STATE BANK OF INDIA)
    TRANSITION DATE: 29-11-2011
    ATM ID:6000001
    CARD NO:111200217
    ATM BRANCH: DIGBOI (STATE BANK OF INDIA)
    AMOUNT: 10,000 INR

    i used my ATM card of UCO bank (digboi) in SBI ATM branch of digboi in 29th nov 2011. i requested for ten thousand rupees(10,000 INR).i received the transition receipt but didnot get the amount in cash. Also the amount (10,000 INR) was deducted from my account. i showed this problem in both banks but they told me that the amount (10,000 INR) has been received. please help me out.

    i used my ATM card of STATE BANK OF INDIA (CHERANELLORE) in SBI ATM branch of CHERANELLOREi in 25th DEC 2011. i requested for Nine thousand rupees(9,000 INR).i received the transition receipt but didnot get the amount in cash. Also the amount (9,000 INR) was deducted from my account. i showed this problem in both banks but they told me that the amount (9,000 INR) has been received AND NOT REPONDING BY BANK MANAGERS.So please help me out.
