I required to make a demand draft of Rs 375 from a nationalized bank for a very important personal booking. I went to the SBI branch located in Sushant lok, Gurgaon, Haryana. The bank representative refused to make the draft saying that he will not accept cash for the demand draft, which is against the RBI guideline, which says that Demand Draft upto Rs 50000 can be made against cash. This type of behavior is the reason of customer shifting to private banks.

Please follow up in order to improve services from PSU banks.
