My wife was trying to withdraw money (Rs. 1000) from Citibank ATM in Marol Andheri (East) on 17/10/2011. The transaction was not completed and monitor screen become completely blank. However, the money was deducted from my Bank of Maharashtra Account.

We were waiting for the money to reflect back in few day, unfortunately it didnt. I dont have the receipt since the transaction was not completed. Kindly, help . Following are the details.
