Hi,

I sent amount through ICICI Money2India. I've generated online request and transferred the money to my Indian bank through ICICI's New York intermediatery bank.

This was my first time trying the transfer.

The website mentions that it takes 2-4 days to get the amount credited in the account.

But even after a week, the money didnt came in to my account.

While trying to access the Money2India website, there is no status update

I tried the US call center number 1866 ICICI 4U and also mailed in this customer care email

I called ICICI's call center many times and they mentioned that they are only for sales and do not have information on transactions. Is there anything I have to do to make this work??

I am planning to stop this service since there is no customer focus.
