I opened saving a/c in Apr 2007. I have saving account with axis bank for last 5 yrs..I wanted to go for credit card so your Executive Mr Ashok advised to go for FD so that it will be done easily. This year on 29 Sep 2011, I did a FD of 45000/- (a/c no. 911040050525712) as per promise by Mr AshoK - 9899005676 that after FD I will get my get my credit card in seven days..bt its been 3 months now I don't have any status and now Mr Ashok & Mr Puneet (9899295809) is not taking my calls..I just want to know the status else I want to withdraw my FD and happy to go wid some other bank as Axis bank is Useless.

I visited Axis Bank twice and met Branch Manager he is a useless person with no clue whats happening in his own branch. After continuos follow up with Ashok & Puneet, they never calls me back, not taking my calls. Its been three months I have no status of my credit card.

Does a bank thts too private needs three months or a years time to revert for a credit card status??? PLEASE CLOSE THIS NONSENSE BANK...AND STOP HARASSING PEOPLE...if Bank persons are so non responsive don't even care abut customers...please close all my accounts I know I will get much better services with some other bank...as AXIS BANK IS USELESS..

This is a mental harassment case for me. I spoken to my lawyer and we will file mental harassment case against AXIS BANK. If you can not hire efficient people to deal with then please close this bank. Bank is there because of customer. I will make sure that your Bank will pay for this mental harassment.

I HOPE SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO ME WITH STATUS NOT WITH EXECUSES...ELSE I KNOW WHERE TO REACH NEXT U CANT GO AWAY LIKE THIS.
