I have alreday selected one property and have been trying for house loan.Due to the property in the Panchyat regoin all the banks are not supporting.So i have go with other banks.I have contacted DHFL bank and infromed all the details of the property and asked them for loan. Without prior visting the property and knowing the property they have taken all the related documents form me and processed the loan and have taken the amount of 5,515/- Rs for processing the loand request. After deducting the money from my bank accout (HDFC),they informed me that property is not going to get the loan and they have asked me to changed the property. When i approached them they are saying that they have taken the amount for doing all the enquires. But prior to this i alreday perapproved loan without any charges from HDFC bank.But they said they are not authorized to process the request for panchayat related property.So i have approched the other bank DHFL. I have informed many times to check the property for approving the laon whcih they did not do and after deducting the money they started saying this.So could any one help me get back my money.
