I am Raj working in Chennai as a software professional. Some 2 weeks earlier i got continuous calls from HDFC bank agents saying that they have allocated a TITANIUM card for me. Initially i refused but after quite some time i accepted. I submitted all the required proofs and yesterday i was shocked when i opened the courier i got. Instead of TITANIUM card there was a GOLD card(credit limit of 15K) when i don't need at all. There was no convincing reply when i contacted the customer care.

I don't understand this stuff. They called me, said you have a card with some EXCLUSIVE SET OF FEATURES and asked me to take one. I said Yes. They took their time. When they issue me the card, its something useless to me. There was no intimation to me reg the change of features even after taking my address, mobile no and email id n number of times.

I got a Poor impression about the bank now how can i trust the people when they call me and say something out of the world ???
I am totally irritated and feel so much dissatisfied !!!!
