Hi,

I was using a credit card from HDFC Bank. Due to some communication gap, It ended in a settlement of amount [Rs. 15145], henceforth my name went in Cibil. But later on,As assured by the bank on getting an NOC and my name removed from CIBIL, I made the complete payment for the same[Rs. 6630 ]
But till date, I have not recieved any NOC and my name is still there in CIBIL.

This is a fake promise from one of the most reputed banks in india.

I have called up So many numbers. - Earlier i was having a word on 011-41444102. now i tried calling 011 30209401, 011 61606161, 011 4151 4332, and so many other number. But no one is helping

Dear Sir/Madam,

Place: New delhi

Whenever I have applied for new car lone in any bank, they are rejecting my application, since my name is in the CIBIL Defaulter List.

I have not taking any lone and lone granter before 9 year Back. Still I am facing the problem.

Kindly remove my name from CIBIL, as I have no due for Bank of Broada lone

Please suggest me to resolve the issue from CIBIL's Defaulter List.
