QABChgs debited from my a/c of ICICI Bank

I am the a/c holder of ICICI Bank from last 2 years, My hard eanm money is gone, due to ICICI repeatedly debiting my account without any intimation. They have started charging Rs.827 under this category (QABChgs). I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by Email or by Letter. Who has given right to ICICI bank to deduct the money without informing us? Because we kept the money in Bank that does not give right to this Bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted twice from my a/c.

Dear sir,
My name is Sanjay Kumar and i have my account (A/C No. 629601098693, Vikaspuri) in ICICI bank since last 8 months. On 18/01/2012 the bank has deducted Rs. 827 from my account under QABChgs-Qtr-Dec11+ST +77 without any prior information. A person keep its money in the bank and some time it is not possible for some ppls to maintain 10000 Rs. in the account then the bank deduct 827 Rs from the account at its on will. This is illegal, a kind of corruption. It happens to the low income group ppl because some time they are not able to keep as much money as bank required in their account. I request to somebody to please help me to bring this money back to my account and i also want to know about the procedure to close the account in ICICI bank sothat i could open new account in any government bank.

Kindly help me in getting my money back to my account.

I am banking with ICICI for almost 8 years now and very recently they deducted the amount of Rs. 842 (EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO RUPEES) without any prior notification/intimation. This is not the first time my account has been debited such amount without notification/intimation.

Earlier in 2009/2010, they have deducted the amount of around Rs. 1400 0 Rs. 1500 and was told that, it was because I did not maintain my minimum balance and was advised to turn this account into a Zero balance salary account which I did. But on 19th April 2012, they deducted this so called QABCHGS-QTR charge of Rs 842 without any notification.

Is this the way ICICI bank treat their customers? We trust them and have our account set with them but they under no circumstance have the right to deduct any amount anytime they wish.

I had the option to have my account set up with HDFC Bank but I declined as I have been banking with ICICI Bank for almost a decade now and trust them until they violated my trust with their recent deduction without intimation. Goes without saying I totally regret having my money with them now.

I want this amount credited back to my account.
