Default Excess claim by SBI Credit Cards

Dear Sirs, I had purchased some article (do not remember)during May or June 2010 through SBI credit card and opted for payment through EMI of 12months. Accordingly I have paid 11 instalments as per SBI monthly statement amounting to Rs. 3177.66 per month. To my utter surprise in the monthly statement of Aug 2011 the EMI was shown as Rs.9846.60. Though I requested them several times over my phone and e mails I did not get any response. Some of the complaints I made are with Miss Divya and Ms.Oriya on 20.9.2011 at 5.40pm. They assured me that the mistake will be located and I will be informed. Again on3rd or 4th of Oct 2011 another officer assured me that the previously in one occasion my cheque was bounced and hence the excess claim. When I asked for the details they could not provide me the details as I was never a defaulter and my cheques were never bounced. Added to that they are claiming Rs.394.19 as penalty in the statement of Nov.2011. As such I would request you to look into my case and your good offices will provide justice. Thanking you (R.G.L.Murty)
