I had stayed in a hotel in Kolkatta during end september this year. While checking out, I have given my Union Bank debit card to the hotel. The hotel staff has swiped my card and debited the money to their HDFC bank account. On verification I found that the bill given by hotel was wrong and the hotel staff made a void sale to the same amount with HDFC.

I have then paid the correct money in cash to the hotel.

To this day the money swiped on my debit card has still not been credited to my union bank account.

I need help to resolve the issue.
