I also have a same story that I got a call from clubleisure executive name was Shankar from Mumbai and the tel number was +911409580045 but they told me that they are from HDFC Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to HDFC bank and your card will be upgraded to 20% discount I ask them that is it going to charge me and they said that its free. I just need to confirm the card number using IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card on 7-Oct-2011.

I called HDFC Bank and they said that they will not be able to block the payment. I have register the complain with them to.

Please assist.

Today at 15-00hrs i received a call from club leisure(india bizline solutions) for issuing of free credit card along with free holiday packages.with the condition whenever i awail the holiday package i will be charged rs 5509.this was confirmed several times with their exicutives .but to our surprise the said amount was immediately debited from my credit card account.as this is fraud and cheating i cancel my membership and send back the amount.

He also told me that there will be no transaction amount debited from your card so they told me to verify the details through IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card with was not told to me on 17-Oct-2011. So when I received the sms for the transaction I called ICICI bank and theysaid they are helpless and the amount charged cannot be reversed. I need to get in touch with India Bliz and there is no contact where I can talk to for my refund.

Please help me to get refund of this amount

I got a call from the Customer Executive for some Offer and the credit Card account was fraudently debited for Rs 5509 on 11/11/2011 which i do not agree.

I gave my credit card details and then i came to know that 5509 amout is debited from my credit card a/c. I think this is indias one of the biggest frade company and in this way they are making lot of money.After 10 DAys gone i have not received any thing from them and I do not want anything. Request you to cancell the tranx. and give my money back. They are playing peoples hard earned money.I would request you to ban the company immediately. Need every body to wake up. Also request you to give my money back asap.

One of the Executive named Mr Lokesh called from INDIA BIZLINE SOLUTIONS, the no is 1409580045. He explained about the dining card and other offers amounting Rs 25000 and told me that it will be free cost. He told that there wont be any charges to be paid against this offer while on call. I was told to send SMS OTP (LAST DIGIT CARD NO) to the bank on no 5676791 to get the OPT password from bank. But since i did not received from bank they connected to IVR and asked to enter the details of the card. After entering the card details i received the message that the transaction of amount Rs 5,509 and by the time the executive had disconnected before i ask him the reason and the above mentioned no is not reachable, it is invalid. It seems i have been fooled by this company.At any cost i want the amoun to be credited back into my credit card of SBI. Taking it seriously, request you to take strict action against this fraud company and get my money back. For further query please call on my cell 9320936970.My mail id is girish_k_sridhar@yahoo.com. Let me know how to approach the consumer court.

I just need to confirm the card number using IVR so i did it but along with that amount Rs. 5, 509/- was deducted from my card on 21-Jan-2012.

I called CITI Bank and they said that they will not be able to block the payment.

Please assist.
