i am having credit card of citibank for last many years and from last two months i am getting bills for fake purchase on Big fish games,i had send a mail to Citibank complaining about it but they confirmed that it is being purchased so i have to pay for it .I agreed and paid with a standing instruction that Big fish game should be banned for purchase from this card.Again i got a bill for OCT month for purchase of big fish game.I tried calling as i am staying in China so it is not convenient for me to call and there is no option for customer care on phone.don't know how to handle this????
