sir/ma'am,This is regarding a complain related with Flexi-Pay issue. I purchased a mobile handset on 23 jun 11 from posh & pomp Nagpur. When I contacted customer service centre, I was detailed saying until i paid a minimum amount of around Rs 1700, my amount won't be able to convert into Flexi-Pay. And after I made payment of Rs 2000 very next day, I contacted again to book my Flexi Pay. This time I was told that I could not book Flexi Pay due to some reason which won't be disclosed to me. I got frustrated with the process, first SBI Card made me to purchase costly item with their false ads of Flexi Pay which it was not possible for me to pay at one go, second when I contacted I was compelled to make payment of Rs 2000 on the basis that I could book FlexiPay, third when I called up again, executive told that I could not book any FP. I demanded the reason but exec didn't disclose anything. i lodged a complain with this problem meanwhile sent e-mail on 11 July 11. on 25 jul 11 i got an e-mail reply stating "we would not be in a position to disclose the reasons to the applicants". during the period, i was so embarrassed and frustrated with the calls from Collection Department of sbi card. now i don't know what to do with this, at one hand, my financial status is not in the position to pay off the full amount alongwith their heavy penalties and interest rate. pliz advice me and help me to get out of this problem.
