Hello,

This is to inform you that my name is NARIN CHAUHAN, Customer ID: 34917916. I lost my wallet on 27th august which had my debit card and credit card. So I called up customer care straight away to block both the cards ( Complaint no.- 11240038128 28th aug 4 31am) but on 6th sept received a message on my cell stating that my credit card ending with 4433 has been used in GURGAON for Rs1600 at a ENGLISH WINE SHOP HUDA on 2011-09-06 11:05:48, which is ridiculous because the request to block the same card was made on 28th august.


I talked to one of the customer care agents (TRIPTI Complaint no:-11249799368 ) on 6th sept and she told me that some other credit card was blocked that day and not this one which is totally unfair on the customer's side because I did my part to call and intimate HDFC that I have lost my credit card and to block both of my debit and credit card immediately.


Please look into the matter and do the needful.
