Default I lost money amount of Rs.15,000

On 10th September I visited one of ICICI ATM and was trying to withdraw the money amount of Rs.15,000. I logged in the machine and keyed amount, but i have not recieved the money. I recieved the reciept with deduction of same amount. Immedialtely I registered complaint through customer care service. But after 3 days I recieved the message that "We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records.
