Dear Sir/Madam,

IndusInd bank staff once approached me for credit card on 16-AUG-2011(day approximate), As I had no card I also accepted the offer and gave my documents. The staff had been contacting me for details verification. I had also provided him proper details. My details were verified by the staff in my absence which i came to know by my friends. After doing all this the staff did not approach me for quite long time. So I contacted him on 12.09.2011 ,for the delay of the card. He told me simply your card has been rejected for your name is in CIBIL. As i asked him for more details of mine in CIBIL he said , sorry your name is not in CIBIL and so we could not provide you the card. I dont possess any kind of loan or any credit card or no debts anywhere. I require the concerned bank (IndusInd) has to provide me the promised Credit Card after all this verification done or provide me a appropriate reason for the denial of the card or a compensation of Rs.10000/- for the continous disturbance by the bank staff for causing mental agony
