The services provided in Delhi, Krishna Nagar Branch of Punjab National Bank are pathetic. My mother lost ATM Card last month. While we dint know that her card was misplaced, someone misused the card and made purchases using the same. As soon as we recived notification while the mobile banking services, we got the card blocked and lodged an FIR.
On enquiring the customer care department about the indeminity policy for the card I was told that I should write an application and attach the FIR along with it and submit it to the branch office and the amount will be credited back to my account after the due procedure is complete. I did the same as was told and to my dismay I ENTERED THE BRANCH OFFICE AT 12NOON AND WAS SEND FROM ONE DESK TO ANOTHER, THE MANAGER EVEN REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE APPLICATION, I HAD TO RETURN BACK EMPTY HANDED AT 2PM AS THEIR LUNCH TIME BEGAN.
I hope via this medium my complaint will be heard and the revesal made. Also I hope their service quality be improved.
