Dear Sir/Madam,<br><br>I am Sudhanshu Manav, and wants to tell you about my dilemma. <br><br>Today i.e. 30th August,2011 went to SBI ATM, Navarangpura Branch of Ahmedabad to check the balance of My Dad's SBI account.&nbsp;<br>There was a huge queue and everyone was waiting. The one who was standing at the ATM machine his card was not getting read which i was able to see as I was next and its an open ATM. When I asked that guy that please if the card is not getting read kindly come back as the queue is getting longer. He started misbehaving with me. <br><br>For which to complaint I went to search for the security, who was not there at all!!! The ATM is next to the Bank governing the ATM, so I went to the Branch and asked the Security Guard, Mr. Baljit Singh for help, which he clearly denied saying that its not his business. So I asked who can help me, he pointed his finger towards the Cheif Manager - Mr. Aakash Damniwala's Cabin. I approached him and asked for help. So he sent a guy with me. When i came back to the scene the guy who was misbehaving had came down and was standing. I was followed by Mr. Aakash Damniwala, the security guard Mr. Baljit Singh and the person Mr. Aakash Damniwala had sent for help. At the scene he asked me what happened? So I pointed towards the guy and started explaining, suddenly there was one more guy who came in the picture from no where and they both started physically assaulting me.&nbsp;<br><br>Somehow without the help of Bank Staff I managed to get hold of the other 2, the Security Guard started abusing me and showed me the Gun and said get out of the Bank or else I will SHOOT YOU!!!!!! You know what it is(Showing his gun towards me and asked)??? Will get all the bullets inside you. <br><br>Which was absolutely astonishing, when I asked for help the same security denied and when the rowdy came to fight me he said he will SHOOT ME???????<br>For What???? Just because I asked for help, I will be SHOT DEAD?????<br><br>I dont have complaint against the 2 rowdy as they were Rowdies, But is this the Way Bank Officials are suppose to behave with there customers who approach them for help, saying I will shoot you!!!<br><br>I have been physically and mentally assaulted by SBI officials and they are whole and sole responsible for this. <br><br>I need a judgement over this. Please help!!!<br>
