Hello, My name is Ritesh S Khanna residing at Mulund{w},Mumbai-400 082. This is in regard one auto consultant & Financiers company namely Amar & Co. located at Khar,Mumbai had issued me the H.P.Termination letter and Form No. 35 for cancel of HP from the record of my Vehicle's (MH-03 3282) Registration Certificate against the clearance of all dues with my father Late Suresh Kumar Khanna stating in letter "no objection to terminate HP of the said Vehicle No. MH-03 3282 from the record of Registration Certificate. But unfortunately during the process of submission/cancellation of my said vehicle at Regional Transport Authority i misplace the above form no.35 which was issued to me and duly signed by the above financier. A request made by me to the above financier by my request letter send through Speed-Post AD. regarding the re-issue of the said From No.35, now the above financiers are not replying positively to my request. i have also tried several times to communicate with the above financiers through their office phone and on the mobile of one staff namely Naginder but since then they are deliberately disconnect the phone and also switch off the mobile. i don't know for what reason they are denying or avoiding to give me reply. Once they have issued the above said form no.35 to me and now they cannot refuse to re-issue the same to me. i found this site and found this is the only way i can convey my issue to you.
Please advice me what should I do next to get the above form at earliest. I have the H.P.Termination letter(original) duly signed by the proprietor and also the No-objection letter copy with me. If you require I can provide all details for reference.
