Hi,
I'am a holder of Axis Bank credit card no 4718 6100 0030 4734 which got terminated on 05/2010, I have swiped Rs.18k through Axis credit card & I have done a payment of Rs.5000 on 4/4/2008, but after that there was no communication from the credit card dept or Axis bank regarding the pending dues or interest accrued every month.

After long time I got a call from Prasanth.G.M(Mysore Axis Bank, collection dept) informing about the total due to be paid to clear the debt,he told me that my total dues was more than Rs.42000 & when I asked him why there was no communication he started abusing me very bad languages & warned me about the consequences.

MANY TIMES HE CALLED MY HOME LANDLINE NO & THREATENED MY FAMILY ALSO (My wife & mother) I told him I'am ready to pay the actual dues but not the interest, (because the same was not intimated to me for long time), but Prasanth told me that he will send his person to my house if not paid.
After that I stopped picking his calls & was forced to shift my family to Calicut recently, meanwhile they have registered my name in CIBIL & ONE loans of other Bank got rejected due to poor rating given by CIBIL.
Recently they got my new no & another Employee of Axis bank Mr.Sanjay started following up & told me that total dues is Rs.54000 once again I told them that I'am ready to pay the actual loan amount but not the interest & finally they issued a settlement letter for Rs.21990 which again is above my actual liability amount (18000-5000 paid earlier=Rs.13000 Actual due).

Yesterday again the old guy Prasanth called me & started using the same vulgar languages through phone (I have recorded his calls in my mobile)

Being a employee of Axis Bank we expect better service & professionalism from credit card departments.

Since I have got a very bad experience from Axis Credit card department plz advice me or take a strict action against Mr.Prasanth G.M (Axis Bank Ltd, Credit Card Collections, Mysore & Mangalore, his contact no is 9886097142)

PLZ NOTE :-I WAS READY TO PAY MY ACTUAL DUES & I WAS TAKEN TO TASK BY PRASANTH OF AXIS BANK, JUST IMAGINE THE SITUATION OF PEOPLE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT ??????????
