    Hi,

    This is regards to the ICICI credit card payment. Having the same payment problems like others. My Credit card number is 5176 5371 2848 6006. I had made some purchases and then my bill was around 5056.45 which i paid in May. 2009 and asusaul there were no calls nor any statements there after. Suddenly in July end i started receiving calls from them saying that your payment of 9000 is outstanding. i checked checked the previous payments made and they were all done. i explianed them that i have already made the payment but still they started calling every day and without asking me they send in their colllection department person to recover the money. i refused to pay the money. I checked on line my previous statement n current statement, it say there is no amount due. I said this same thing again and agian but i guess they have problem wid hearing or they dont understand basic Hindi and English.
    Kindly adivse on the above matter and reply at the earlist.

    Dear Ms. Iyer,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then you can send your written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. You will get the contact details of Banking Ombudsman from the website of RBI.

    Default credit card

    I am from KottayamI had been using the icici credit card very decently.But I had to stop its use due to an unfavourable condition.I had taken an icici lombard insurance policy through credit card,after taliking with an icici lomard representative through phone.he told me that i hav to pay the premium of Rs.216 through credit card for 12 months.So I agreed and took the policy in january 2008.I paid the premium for 3 months and after that i cancelled the policy bcoz till that time i hadnt got the policy documents.I cancelled the policy over phone.Before cancellation I clearly aske wether they will charge any fees?they said"no sir"and I will be given back the 3 months premium for the months wich i have padi.But in the May credit card statement it has been shown that I have to pay rs.5039 as emi pricipal and lombard given me back Rs.3129 out of that Rs.5039 and the remainingRs.2178 i have to pay to the icici bank.I had no dues with the redit card. I contacted icici credit card section in Kottayam.They told me to contact Lombard.I went to Lombard office in Kottayam.They told me to go to icici credit card section.both of them are blaming each other and still im getting the credit card statement thet i have to give them that Rs.2178 and the interest for the remaining months as the total amount of 5882.Instead of giving me the premium which i paid through creditcard they are asking me to pay Rs 5882.Im not able to use the credit card.I have to file case against losing money,time and prestige.Kindly solve the issue.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to invite your attention towards a credit card No xxxx xxxx 8017 2005, this card was issued to me five - six years before. Payment for all purchases against this card was never late (check the account statement).

    In the mid of 2008 I made a credit purchase from this card and all the payment has to be made in 3 instalments and out of three, 2 instalments were paid timely and third one was late (though the principal was paid after three days from the date) and for the rest I receive a call in the month of Feb 2009 regarding some outstanding dues relating to that purchase in which there is some cumulative delayed payment interest but after reviewing all details and telephonic conversation with your executive they agreed to waive off the whole interest amount and after that I made payment of Rs. 180.00 by account payee cheque (Receipt No. C/1208/7271982, Copy of Same is attached) on which it is clearly indicated by your executive that this is full and final payment.

    Now I surprised when I again received a continuous calls relating to some outstanding dues against that purchase and
    They always threatened me to deposit the rest amount otherwise they spoil my credit career.

    I regret to note that your executive have not cared for proper documentation regarding waive off. Such incidence of harassment are spoiling the image of ICICI Credit Card in these conditions I am not interested to continue the relation with ICICI bank, so please give the proper instructions for settle down the case.

    Default ICICI credit card

    Hello,

    I would like to complain regarding ICICI credit card billing. i was wrongly debited
    for four health insurance policies and the same is shown as outstanding and i am
    receiviing calls from numerous agents for the recovery of the same.
    NAME: MUSTAFA ZAKIR
    Tel. Nos. 09322213939.
    My email conversation with the company requesting them to cancel the insurance
    policies and their replies are given below in the trail mail. It is also surprising
    that they have actually cancelled one policy admitting their mistake but have
    continued with the remaining three policies. I have also brought this to their
    notice and asked for cancellation of all them but still that has not happened.
    Please HELP me to get out of this issue. Their stand is that i come to their branch
    in suburbs to get it solved to which i have refused.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is with reference to credit card no **** **** **** 7010 issued by ICICI bank. I have transacted today for USD 85 to a foreign univerisity. The amount has been debited twice and when I called the customer care, they had no idea what to do. They told me to get in touch with the vendor and sort this out, no idea what they meant by it. Otherwise, they will block my card and then do the investigation. They just fail to understand that it is a fault on their side that has caused this instead of the university or me. They think they are doing favor to us.

    I mean I have seen lots of complaints like this and customers getting hassled. The point is why the regulatory body like RBI sits idle on this thing.

    Anyway, I have decided to take this method forward and perhaps even go to court for this.

    This is in reference to the credit card No. 4076 5131 0113 0105 issued by ICICI bank. I have never used this card still i am getting messages on my phone to make payment. I am surprised to receive those messages. Can i get the details of the amount claimed to be paid against use of this card.

    Default taking customer for granted by ICICI

    Dear sir,
    This is to bring in your notice that I have open salary account with Icici bank in November 2006, bank issued a credit card with name of bipin paprasad (with wrong Name)and sent me on my current address , I never sign any application for this, after receiving this card I started using and regularly pays the amount suddenly bank has stop sending statement for the card and imposing several charges I have send complain regarding this on customer care Bank has imposed late payment charge even after collected the cheque from me , continuously one year and six month bank did not sent any statement to me , After several reminder Bank sent me all this on mail, I sent mail to close this card in the month of july -aug 09, but bank has plotted to make customer blacklisted or force customer to became defaulter because in the month of sep my total outstanding was very less,

    I got a call from bank to make payment of seven-eight thousand to sat tel this card , on basis of that i had pain 3000 rupees but never receive any settlement letter, after two month bank has started giving thereat for payment and started harassing me ,suddenly i was told that i am regularly paying the amount so this card can not be blocked or sat tel,

    After one Month my saving bank is on Lean my account has been deducted 22659 rupees, cheque for my daughter school fee is bounced by bank on 12 December 0n 17 December bank is sending me mail that they offer me to close this card on 17900 rupees that is too when i visit and meet mr taarik at jhandewalan branch ,

    My point is why bank is putting all their term on the customer first they make forge and send me credit card secondly imposing heavy penalty, no statement for one and half year, no proper response of customer complain, Lean on salary account without information,bouncing the cheque of customer, force customer to satel matter on banks term,


    Can Any one help me to get out of this as I have suffer a lot mainly by Banks fault,

    I think you don't have anything else to say or defend yourself other than saying Sorry & to contact your customer care. But the prob here is when someone contacts your customer care or mail you they don't get proper response from you.

    Angry ICICI Credit Card Dispute

    I have taken ICICI Lombard Overseas travel Policy for my parents using my ICICI credit card with 0% emi. When I extend the policy for another 2 months, they had added 3 policies which are duplicate. Immediately I responded to them thru mail asking them to look into the issue but paid the full amount including for duplicate policies. They also promptly responded saying they will correct the issue and reimburse the exess. But for more than a year they have not done though I called their useless customercare division for more than 10 months from the US. By then they have taken money from my salary account and made my account lien and still they are charging. Once I am back, I met the Customercare Division guy and he said, 'yes Sir I understand your problem and we know that it is our mistake. anyway Sorry for it. but as per ICICI credit card division's Policy We will not refund your money. You can get your money only through Court Settlement'. I had contacted my lawyer and sent the legal notice. For that they have never responded to my lawyer instead, they contacted me to my office address to threaten me. In their response they had clearly mentioned all the duplicate policies too and stating that these policies are expired so you please accept these'. For their response we sent a counter response thru the lawyer but no answer for that yet even after 2 months. What should we do?
