Dear Sir,
I hold ICICI credit card whose no. is 4076xxxxxxxx6000. I had paid indebts through cheque but same was not process at your end and I got reminder than again I had paid through another cheque but you have charge late fee and as well interest.
Now again I received a statement 19.04.11 in which late fee and interest charges are shown.
Please through my track record you may come to know that I had always paid on time.
This is my earnest request to waive these charges and initmate me on my mobile +919312239884 & +919810260236.

Today morning i had been to shell ss enterprises to fill petrol for my car and i had given my credit card for payment.it has shown decline y.

I am S.Umashankar from Chennai.I am using ICICI Bank credit card regularly.last month i have paid my card payment of Rs.7,000/- on14.11.2011(due date is20.11.11).through HDFC bank.But ICICI bank informed to me on 18.11.11the cheque was returned, but again 19.11.11 ICICI bank informed cheque received & credited their account.But i viewed my statement in internet they added cheque return charges.I enquired ICICI bank but there no sufficient reply.How i get details from ICICI Bank.
Three years ago I received a
call from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance for an Insurance policy on
basis of my ICICI credit card. I was convienced and agreed to take an
Insurance Policy on condition that if i dont want to continue then
ICICI has to cancel / stop the process immediately. They also told if
I don’t want to continue then I can cancel the policy within 15 days
and I will get the full refund of Premium amount. Next day i decided
not to take that insurance and Immediate I called ICICI Bank Credit
Card Customer care for reversal of the transaction for the payment
process towards ICICI Prudential Insurance Policy and the customer
care executive agreed of the same and insured me that it will not be
process till my further instruction. Today unfortunately I don’t
remember my credit card number and the date of taking an Insurance
policy and the name of the Insurance policy, the name of the customer
care executive also. At that time I was using my Credit card for some
regular purchase and unfortunately I was making the payment for all
the statements which I was receiving for 4 to 5 months which includes
the charges of insurance policy.
When i came to know about non-cancellation of insurance I went to
ICICI Prudential Insurance branch at Santacruz west to cancel my
insurance policy at the same time I was following up with ICICI Credit
Card customer care for processing the Insurance Policy premium from my
credit card they again insured me that the they will reverse the
transaction and get the refund from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance
that gave me confidence that the reversal will be done and was
relaxed and I was not getting any statement of Credit Card. I was in
an impression that ICICI Bank Credit Card customer care has sorted my
issue of reversal of Insurance Policy.
Now after Three years I am receiving call from ICICI Bank for payment
of Rs. 15000/- with a settlement amount of Rs. 5000/- I was avoiding
the call initially. Later I told all the history to the executive Mr.
Kishor. But Mr. Kishor keeps on insisting to make the payment of the
settlement amount. On 23rd February I forgot my cell phone at my home
and that time my wife picked up the call and she once again repeated
the same history to Mr. Kishor. She told him that I may come to Bank
on any Saturdays to meet manager as suggested by MR. Kishor. Today on
27th February 2012 morning I received call from Mr. Kishor asking me
why I have not came on Saturday in ICICI Bank at Andheri, I told him
that I am not going to make any payment and will come on coming
Saturday i.e., on 3rd March 2012 to discuss the same with your
manager, but he kept on arguing with me.
Anyways that’s not my query. My query is, when ICICI Bank Credit card
customer care promised me that they will reverse the deducted premium
amount and get the refund from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, then
where it is??????
Instead of receiving money from ICICI, why i am been forced to pay to ICICI?????
