My self Madhu Sharma & by mistake i am the credit card holder of ICICI Bank,& my card no is 4477-4771-0893-2008, I am very disappointed with the services of the Bank. I destroy the card & wrote the latter to ICICI Bank dt. 10th Sep 09 that due to my personal reason i wants to discontinue this Card & Pl done my full & final. I already pay around 26510/- through minimum payment. I visited ICICI Office which is at Rohini Sec-8 around 4 times as the request of agents who called to me every time. But every time I didn’t get any proper feedback. I had received call from Chennai icici office & lady who called to me behaved very rudely. Lovely Sharma, Tarun, Vaid called to me from last 15 days to force to me to done the minimum payment which is 1160/- & they will settle my account in 3 installments. As per request of Tarun I gave the cheque to Mr. Ashwani Kumar (6048833) & in the evening tarun called to me & told that pay minimum amount through online banking, when I try to contact to mr. tarun he disconnect my phone thrice.
I wants to pay the amount to bank which is I used, but I wants proper resolution. I am very disappointed & also feel shame that I am the credit holder in this bank. I also have the saving account in this bank, & once I got settlement I would discontinue also with this saving account.
i would like to request of banker pl done the settlement of my card & provide me the settlement latter & also NOC.

I think ICICI Bank is too busy.? They don;t have that much time to resolve the issue for there customers. I am working with Media & i would like to spread this mail & msg to all over india about the experience i have.

I requested to you that my card no. is 4477474539779002 . I want convert in EMI. When i not paid payment then ICICI collection officer was said as you do payment shortly then after we will convert your outstanding in EMI options on your good behave & good cood customer. So I want to say as my outstanding convert in EMI .I am your oblige. This is my heaartly request. So solved my problem sir.

Dear sir , in the bill dated sept 29 ,2010.In the transaction dated 20.09.2010 and 23.09.2010 for rs 1025 each ,the credit for HPCL surcharge has not been given. 1.May I know the reason.2.please see th att he same is reflected in my next bill.3.Kindly confirm through SMS on my cell no 9810129727.Jagmohan Singh

Sir/Madam,
ICICI credit card was issued and I did not get the pin no for the same.However I used it for online payments and payments where made to the bank.I was transfered to a Place where there was no service for ICICI credit card however there was ICICI Bank where I made my payment.I visited the ICICI Bank where the said card was issued,for final settlement but there was no proper response.
There was no communication in this regard for more then 2 years.Now suddenly I recieved a letter from the said ICICI Credit Card advocate stating to make payments which is 10 times more then I am due (in any case) within 7 days.If not my photo will be published in news papers,and include my name in defaulters' list etc.
Can anyone guide me please....
I just want to come out of this issue.

It is not cleared from my SBacount. I have alerted about this to your Enquiry Dept on5-2-11 also. No response.

Not Received Monthly Statement till todate Card No.4477 4660 2503 8000

Till todate Ihave not received monthly statement which constrained me my monthly cheq payment.
Previously also I faced the same problem which was rectified by your office.
Again the problem is recurred.
For yr. information I pay regularly within stipulated time my credit card payments soon after receiving the
monthly statement. There is no change in my postal address.
Pl. do me the needful.

I have dropped cheque no. 15223 dt.11.4.2011 for Rs.6026.53 for payment in respect of Credit Card
No. 9401 2700 0827 8009 into the drop box at ATM Sector 37, Chandigarh on 12.4.2011.
It is not so far Neither acknowleged nor debited into my account with Centeal Bank of India At Sector 37-C
Chandigarh. Please locate the cheque and adjust the payment before the due date.
