    Unhappy I submitted the card in june 2007

    Hi,
    I dont remember my card number. I had a ICICI credit card which i surrendered in june 2007 at koramangala branch.That time my due amount of around 3k+ was paid and card surrendered. Now after 3 years I am being asked for 16k. It is really not possible to pay amounts in this way. Kindly advice.

    I have already submitted my new address twice but sofar the bills are reaching to my old address, if so then for the delay in payment I may not be held responsible. Again I am providing my new address here below

    Dear Sir.

    This is with regards to my credit card number 9401344017770007 that was converted by ICICI as to monthly EMIS,Sir in the month of Febuary i was informed by the bank or the company that you recriut reagrding collections that you would have to make an payment of 15000/- toward settelment of you account,Sir i had made an payment of Rs 10000/- towrads this assurance,sir now they are asking me to sttle this amount with another 18000/- where is the justice her,Sir i have just spoken and there is a female who is constantly calling me and threatning me saying you have to pay or we know how to take care of this.I was told that you pay the amount and i would give you the ssttelment letter after you pay the balance 5000/- now they say it is my mistake.

    Sir this is total harrasment i would request you to pls intervine in this reagrd

    Question payment credit Rs.20000/- not given

    Hi,

    This is regards to the ICICI credit card payment. Having the same payment problems like others. My Credit card number is 4477463685889004. I had made some purchases and then my bill was around 94,559.41 which i paid in 6th October. 2009 Rs.20,000/- drawn on Jankalyan Sahakari Bank ltd. Chembur Br. Cheque No.435242. I paid in 23rd Cctober, 2009 Rs.99,086/- drawn on Jankalyan Sahakari bank Ltd Chembur Br. Cheque No.458924 both Cheque clear from my account but Rs. 20000/-not credited in my credit card statement date 17 the October 2009, & i checked the previous payments made and they were all done. i explianed them that i have already made the payment but still I checked my previous statement & current statement, it there is Rs. 20000/- Credit not given from Last six month. I said this same thing again and agian but i guess they have problem wid hearing or they dont understand basic Hindi and English.
    Kindly adivse on the above matter and reply at the earlist. Please give the credit Rs.20000/- in next statement

    my credit card number is 4477 4607 6312 6010 . i had to pay Rs 34950/- as the total amount due on 15 april . as 14 april was holiday and due to my job related work i was away from my home for the last ten days, i reached icici bank MALWA PARISAR indore to pay the money and also save myself from any penalty or interest.

    BUT NO BODY HELPED ME . THE CUSTMER CARE PERSON MR JITENDRA WAS VERY RUDE AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE MANAGER . MANAGER ALSO WAS HELPLESS.

    I REQUESTED EVEN TO TRANSFER THE MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT OF SAME BRANCH, BUT THEY ONLY FORCED ME TO DROP MY CHEQUE IN THE DROP BOX , WITH NO ASSURANCE THAT IT WILL BE CREDITED ON 15 ONLY.

    MY EXPERIENCE WITH CUSOMERCARE ON LINE IS ALSO NOT GOOD! I HAD TO WAIT MANY TIMES FOR AT LEST 30-40 MINUTES TO GET MYSELF HEARD.

    I WISH YOU WILL GIVE THE BENEFIT OF PAYING MY DUES IN TIME ALWAYS IN PAST AND WILL NOT CHARGE ANY INTEREST

    Thumbs down ICICI Credit Card Complaint

    Hello,

    My self Madhu Sharma & by mistake i am the credit card holder of ICICI Bank,& my card no is 4477-4771-0893-2008, I am very disappointed with the services of the Bank. I destroy the card & wrote the latter to ICICI Bank dt. 10th Sep 09 that due to my personal reason i wants to discontinue this Card & Pl done my full & final. I already pay around 26510/- through minimum payment. I visited ICICI Office which is at Rohini Sec-8 around 4 times as the request of agents who called to me every time. But every time I didn’t get any proper feedback. I had received call from Chennai icici office & lady who called to me behaved very rudely. Lovely Sharma, Tarun, Vaid called to me from last 15 days to force to me to done the minimum payment which is 1160/- & they will settle my account in 3 installments. As per request of Tarun I gave the cheque to Mr. Ashwani Kumar (6048833) & in the evening tarun called to me & told that pay minimum amount through online banking, when I try to contact to mr. tarun he disconnect my phone thrice.
    I wants to pay the amount to bank which is I used, but I wants proper resolution. I am very disappointed & also feel shame that I am the credit holder in this bank. I also have the saving account in this bank, & once I got settlement I would discontinue also with this saving account.
    i would like to request of banker pl done the settlement of my card & provide me the settlement latter & also NOC.

    Angry credit card problems

    i have 2 credit cards the payment of 3,751.08 was due on 6th may 2010 i had issued a cheque dated 6th may 2010 for the same amount writing both the credit numbers and cross checking wheather what i have written is correct or not at the icici branch on kalidasa road mysore , the cheque was drooped in the drop box after 3 days i received a message stating that payment was not made and if paid the message to be ignored. i ignored the message but received a new credit card statement with late payment fee, service tax,interest,,, totalling rs 916.16 extra. when i enquired with your officers it seems one of the credit card no didnot match and hence the cheque is kept pending. on 23/5/2010 i received a message saying that someone will call from icici. immediately there is a call from icici checking when the payment will be made. instead of all these unwanted messages and follow up cant they give simple message that the credit no on the cheque issued is invalid please issue a new cheque or correct the credit no written on the cheque please confirm the action taken. my no is 9448052663

    my card No. is 5176533584028002.

    I hv rcd statement dt.23/6/10 due on 11.07.10 for Rs.5874=90 as the balance payment is Rs.5,000/-

    Please check up how you have charged Rs.874-90 extra.

    sir I have taken loan of Rs.62700/-three years back to my knowledge Ihave cleared the money by paying 36 instalments still they are sending the mail to my address saying your amount is due 5460/- from 3month you people are charging 600/- every month already I have e mailed saying send my statement from begining so that it will clearly show the payments I made already please do send the details there is no point every month you people simply put late charge and sending the statement is no use hope you do the needful and oblige.

    Sir,
    My wife had long ago made a payment of $2.0 at PayPal through the add on card she had.Now on 26/04/2009 I received a letter that the add on card would be deactivated due to lack of transaction.Now since there was $2.0 at the paypal account she made a payment for downloading at binverseinc.com on 07/06/10.Suddenly I came to know from my card statement issued on 25/06/10 that an amount of Rs.4696.94 has been booked as payment on 22/06/10 as PAYPAL BINVERSEINC WITHOUT TAKING ANY CONSENT EITHER FROM ME OR MY WIFE.Now kindly look into the matter and oblige as I had contacted the customer care with no saying that i would have to pay the amount.

    Dear ICICI Customer Service Team,

    You are always sorry to hear about customer experiences. Thats the only thing you guys can do. In the 1st place your HR should start recruiting quality staff instead of picking up people from the roadside joints. And in every complaint you guys are just feeling sorry. Why are there so many complaints against your bank. secondly start giving proper training to your staff about the RBI rules and KYC norms. They are still filling up forms on customer behalf and doing misleading sales. I think the point which people are raising about your bank making money out of the customers hard earned money is correct. I agree that the customer is also at fault by not reading the terms and conditions before using their cards, but is the responsibility of the ank to train them and help them when service is required. The banks reputation is at stake because of the poor service that you guys provide. Your staff is actually not educated and have seen people working in branches as service RM's who cant even speak. I have my doubts on their qualification proofs. I hope the bank is doing due deligence in checking the proofs submitted by them. I had come across your bank rep who was not even a graduate. He had fraudently got into the bank and was boasting about the same to his other colleagues after a few drinks down in a BAR.

    My friend. Nothing will happen. You will receive a mail saying that we are looking into this matter and then after a few months collections will start following up with you for some extra amount. These people are highly unprofessional. The Manaing Director of the bank has made his money and is just relaxing on the service bit. If you get any calls please do not pay them as that money will just go towards interest and then your case will be assigned to a new agency and the same story of new settlement amount. I think ICICI Bank does all this on purpose so that the customer defaults on payments and they can make some extra money out of it to pocket expenses of Mr. K.V. Kamat who is busy with the brand ambassador Mr. Amitabh Bachan and with Reliance promoters

    Default ICICI Bank credit card Insurance plan

    I have an ICICI Bank credit card
    Last month i had some query so i called phone banker regarding that , on the call she told me about some card protection insurance plan and i told her to send me the details, then i went outside india for some work.
    today when i came back and checked my statement, i was shocked to find that they have started deducting EMI for that insurance, when contacted ICICI bank representatives are telling that we have taken your consent on phone, and have sent the details by post.
    I was surprised by their statement that they cant send the information by email and can take consent on phone without any signature.
    when i wanted them to discontinue the plan they told me that half of the value will be deducted from account.
    Any logical answer why this fraud ? please stop making fun of the people.
