For their response we sent a counter response thru the lawyer but no answer for that yet even after 2 months. What should we do?

    Default After payment charged

    Dear Sir,


    This is regards to the ICICI credit card payment. Having the same payment problems like others. My Credit card number is 4477 ******** 7009. I had made some purchases and then my bill was around 3918/- which I paid in 25 March. 2008. After that I have no purchase at all. The custmer care Executive accept it but still demands for payment. Suddenly in December end I started receiving calls from them saying that your payment of 7122 is outstanding. I checked checked the previous payments made and they were all done. I explained them that I have already made the payment but still they started calling I have applied for Loan from SBI Bank for Home Loan They said they will create problem for me.
    Kindly advise on the above matter and reply at the earliest.

    Dear Mr. Prasad,

    We have done a detailed investigation on the concerns raised by you and have the following to Submit:
    1. The card was issued basis your Banking relationship with us and after due telephonic verifications.
    2. Subsequently, you had accepted the card and used it also.
    3. Though, we regret that the card was issued in the name of Mr. Bipin Paprasad instead of Mr. Bipin Prasad, due to typographical error. However, as per our records you had also called for PIN generation and never complained about the Wrong name embossed on the card.
    4. Initially the hard copy statements were being delivered to your communication address, which had the details of all the charges levied in case the customer uses the card and makes only part payments or no payments making you aware the reason for charges levied to your credit card. This was also never disputed by you.
    5. The statements were getting undelivered due to change of your address which was not communicated by you to the bank. This is to clarify that address can be changed by calling bank's helpline the details of which are available on the credit card itself or bank's website.
    6. Also we have observed that as on date your address still remains unchanged. Though on your request, statements were sent through e-mail but Bank had advised you to get the address changed.
    7. Further, settlement is a Bank's prerogative and is not done on customer's demand or request. The customer is expected to make the payment which is due to him from time to time. Had the payments for complete usage been made in time, financial charges would not have got levied.
    8. To help you to the best of our ability we tried giving an option of payments through easy installments but this option was also denied by you.
    9. Thus as the intent to reach to a agreeable settlement was missing.The Bank post sending a lien intimation letter debited your account as per process.

    Though, we empathize with you that your daughter's fees could not be paid due to this, however, the responsibility for this may be attributed to your non payment of the dues at the appropriate time.

    We request you to treat this above explanation with understanding and acceptance.

    Angry my icici bnk card 4477460593789003 double debit not yet recredited since 2003!!!!!

    here is a strange occurence
    i made a card purchase of rs 1835 WAY BACK 2003 AT TIRUPUR and made a prompt payment
    wow! they gave double credit to my ac
    i informed them promptly to take back their credit
    my gandhigiri is of no use
    phew!! in the next bill thy made DOUBLE debit to my ac!!!

    i contaCTED THEIR CUSTOMER DONT CARE CELL FOR RECREDIT OF NOW WRONG DEBIT AND THEIR WRONG DOINGS
    ONLY TO HEAR LOOOONG MUSIC/SELF ADS AND HEFTY TELEPHONE BILL AND INTEREST DEBITS
    AND DISCONNECTED CALL AT LAST I PAID FOR THE DEBIT TO AVOID FURTHER INT DEBITS
    I WROTE TO THEM MANY TIMES THEM WITH COPIES OF BILL-THEY NEVER UNDERSTOOD THE
    BASIC BANKING/ACCOUNTING TERMS DR AND CR
    I ONCE TOLD MY PROBLEM TOA VISITING RECOVERY SQUAD THEY GAVE TALL PROMISES AND VANISHED WITHOUT TRACE

    LASTLY I WROTE TO THEIR UN RESOLVED COMPLAINTS CELL TO KEEP ALIVE THE PROBLEM FROM ERODE
    PROBLEM REMAINS YET UNRESOLVED- THEY COOLLY SAY THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM
    GOD SAVE ICICI AND CARD HOLDERS
    NOW NO FURTHER USE WRITING TO THEM -LET THEM INVITE ME TO A NEARBY OFFICE TO CLARIFY THINGS

    Talking ICICI credit card bill discrepancy

    Hi,

    I am a ICICI credit holder and my card no. 4477-4683-9715-6006. I am very very disappointed by ICICI credit card services and moreover the bill discrepancy. I had called the customer care in the month of December-2009 for the bill statement of the month of October and November which I didn't received and asked them to mail me the details (but not statements) of the bill, which I believe many of us receive every month on our email address but I never received it.

    The person mailed me the statement in PDF format on the given email address for last 3 months bill dated;
    1) 28/09/09
    2) 05/11/09
    3) 05/12/09 (This one i didn't ask for)

    But, ICICI credit card bank is charging me for the duplicate bill Rs. 100 which I didn't pay because
    1) It was not posted at my home, it was just an e-mail.
    2) It was not beyond 3 months (which is mentioned at the back) therefore, I am not liable to pay the amount.
    3) I didn't ask the customer care representative to send me the bill dated on 05/12/09 because I already had it.

    Now, ICICI credit card bank is also charging me Rs. 400 over the amount due of Rs. 100 which is definitely a fraud and not discrepancy anymore in my view.

    I have no idea what to do ? and how to get rid of this amount which I believe I am not liable to pay.
    I personally believe one shall not pay for the email at least because it is there duty to mail us the important facts and figures related to our bill.

    I am requesting you to please help me in this issue.

    Default Want to Stop the ICICI Credit Card & Settle it.

    Hi,
    I have been the ICICI Credit Card Holder since last 3 years & being a regular customer to pay the minimum outstanding bill. I want to stop the credit card & pay the outstanding amount. But the amount is too high to pay which comes to around 35 thousand.

    I can pay the amount upto 20 to 25 thousand only can anybody help me on how to make the settlement.

    by mistake i took your credit card ,my no.was 407651504 9711003
    my name is pasumarthy vithal.
    i have paid the all my dues on 7/8/2008amount is 7932 rupees cheque no.is 00157689
    beforethat monthly instalments paid by me,lastly i made a phone to the customer department with their sujjetions i paid my all dues at that time i have an extra payment rs.500 with you.
    now this year i am getting regular phone calls saying that to pay the amount ,why should i pay?
    please provide your valuable time to your job ,not distrubing the customers like me

    Dear All,
    I am having CreditCard with No. 4477469940539011, & i'm still using. 5 months back i was able to login online & view all my reward points, & that had closed the login online, when asked to an executive at Malad(W) branch, she told as u r not using ur savings account (No. 015801019178) & there is no balance in ur savings acc. that is why we had closed the creditcard login. Now if want to access my reward points, i cannot do that, as it could be only done by loging inside the icicibank.com site. And if i still want to start online banking service i have to first enable my savings account & that i do not want to do it as its minimum balanced to be managed is more than my capacity. Even this bank do not have online creditcard payment system like citibank or HDFC has it, we had to compulsury drop the cheque, this is utter noncence in this 21st century. So plz suggest me for using login in online banking & for utlilzing my reward points & make online payment from other saving banks

    Default re. unscruplous approach in ICICI Vanasthalipuram hyderabad

    Ref. to customer id --154476 of shashi prakash singh, for credit card payment of 4477463556146005, i submitted twice the cheques from my personal saving account no. 006901017203 but the cheque was returned stating the mismatch of signatures, is it not the mockery of system that from my own saving account, I am depositing NOT withdrawing the money, to my credit card account, and a penalty of 275 was levied, pl. take up the matter with concerned head of ICICI Vanasthalipuram seriouly compelling me not to touch consumer court forum.
