Dear Concerned,

My credit card ends with last four letters ***6511 every month i pay the minimum amount due in my card but i am totally tired that even paying the minimun amount my balance doesnnot decressed.
every month HDFC personal called me up for paymnet, once Mr. Raja Banerjee called up for minimum amount and i informed him that i like to settel the amount he assured me that in this month you pay the minimum amount and i let you know the amount you have to pay for settlement but no luck.

In the next month agin i get call from Ms. Saraboni Banerjee ( HDFC Personel) I conveyed the same and in this time she inform me that you pay the amount we need the collecters receipt number to forward the case to HDFC head office for the settelemnt letter but agin no luck.

I request you to pls. help me out. As I get transfered and I like to Pay the amount to reduce the finalcial pressure on me.
