I had lodged my compalint against the CM Mayapuri Branch on 04-07-2011. But no one from either the Bank Branch or the Head Office has dared to contact me on this issue... Really surprising .... Such a behaviour with the customer...really surprising.
Following is the copy of email sent to Head Office & Circle office on 04-07-2011:
My name is Raminder Pal Singh. I am Partner in my co. "Punjab Export International" I have been running my current account with your bank since last 20 years or so. My current account no. is 2017256010230. Even our saving bank accounts of all partners & family members are also with your bank, in all we have around 15 accounts at your Canara Bank MayaPuri Branch. We have even refferred to our many relatives to open their accounts in Canara banks where ever they live.This is just because your bank holds such an great name & fame in hearts of people of India.
We have been running so well with you & everything very fine for so many years. But for the last two years or so, I have been facing problems, some times regarding clearing of cheques, etc. etc. But the image in our mind for your bank has been severly hurt due to the incident that I am telling you & happened with me two days back. I have been facing problems since last two years or so. In this compaint I am narrating you my recent incident of just two days back. Our ECS for our one homeloan EMI for Rs. 16,008=00 was dishonoured from our account no. 2017256010230 on 01-07-2011 even though sufficient balance was available in my account. This is not first time , earlier also these people have done these type of things to me at one pretext or the other. Around several months back also, they had returned my ECS for the same loan & I had to pay penal interest to the banker due to this. My whole track record has been disturbed due to this. We have contacted the Chief Manager Mr. A.K Makhija many times about the intentionally harassment to me by them, but all in vain. He is not even ready to listen to our problem, everytime we have contacted him over phone & even personally visited him, but instead he told us that we are suffering all these because we are not obliging him & his team occasionally. If I do so then everything will be fine.
Sir, I just want to know only one thing from you that whether I am being harassed for not obliging your personnel at the occasions, please answer me only my this question only????? I will be very grateful to you sir. I am really fed up with all these on going day to day problems with your bank personnel & decided to close my accounts at your bank due to your apex harassment at Canara Bank MayaPuri Phase-I branch.I also know some people of Mayapuri & nearby areas , who have already closed their current & saving bank accounts at your bank & shifter to other banks.I dont know whether they have approached you or not?
I just wanted to bring to your knowledge about why I am deciding to back off from your bank & sue them legally for all my sufferings & losses occurred to me in past two years or so.
I hope that you will understand my genuine problem & take strict action against all the culprit & reply to my this complaint.
