Hi,
I contacted ICICI Bank to open an NRI account, then I got mail and call from Priyanka and Anil from ICICI Bank.They asked me to send the applicatio forms and
a demand draft for AU$250. I sent all the documents on Jul-28, then Anil called and asked me to send my address proof then I sent this on Aug-3.
After that I did not receive any call or any update from Priyanka or Anil.

I sent couple of emails to customer care with the reference number in subject and content which was sent by Priyanka but I am not getting any response.

These are the DHL way bill numbers for tracking.
1) 7585952522(03/08/2011)
2) 7585940504(29/07/2011)
These documents were collected by Anil from the courier service.
And this is the subject line for the email communication.
'ICICICARE=042-134-023' NRI Documents.

Now I am not sure how to track it.
Could you suggest me how to get that amount back or to whom should I contact.
I didnot get NRI customer care no.
If there is any NRI customercare no please le me know.
